For those who just want the highlights, here’s a short list of the must-sees:

Magnolia Market at the Silos
601 Webster Ave
Hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday; bakery open 7:30 am – 6pm same days

Magnolia Silos is a two-block complex located just four blocks from I-35. Shop Magnolia Market, Magnolia Home, and six specialty shops, play free lawn games, and take plenty of photos. Baked goods are available at Silos Baking Co. and garden items can be purchased at Magnolia Seed + Supply. For lunch, gourmet food trucks are located on the premises. Stop by Magnolia Press for coffee and baked goods.

Magnolia House

This lovely vacation home, owned by the Gaineses, is available to rent.

The Castle
3300 Austin Ave, Waco
The Cottonland Castle is a century-old stone mansion located on Austin Avenue in Waco. Its renovation by Chip and Joanna Gaines was filmed, and shown over 8 episodes of Fixer Upper: Welcome Home in Fall 2022.

The Fort House
503 S 4th St, Waco
This 19th century home was formerly a house museum owned by Historic Waco. It is now owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines.

Magnolia Events

Build your visit around one of the many events that Magnolia hosts each year. Here are a few of the key recurring events:

    • Silobration – Magnolia’s annual homecoming celebration. With daytime music, a roller rink, concerts under the stars, and a curated collection of vendors. Last held October 27-29, 2022.
    • Christmas at the Silos – The Magnolia grounds are decorated for the holidays. 2022 dates TBD.
    • Spring at the Silos -a free event where the streets are closed down surrounding the Silos. Vendors and food trucks from all around the country make for a unique shopping experience.
    • Silo District Marathon – last held April 22-24, 2022. This marathon was born out of a friendship between Chip and Gabe Grunewald, a professional runner and rare cancer fighter.
