Baylor Libraries Author Series featuring Dr. Greg Garrett & Robert P. Jones in Conversation on Race, History and James Baldwin

The Baylor Libraries Author Series proudly welcomes Dr. Greg Garrett, the Carole Ann McDaniel Hanks Chair of Literature & Culture at Baylor University, and Dr. Robert P. Jones, president and founder of Public Religion Research Institute, for a conversation on race in America informed by their recently published “The Gospel According to James Baldwin” and “The Hidden Roots of White Supremacy and the Path to a Shared American Future.” This conversation will be held in person in the Schumacher Flex Commons on the first floor of Moody Memorial Library on the campus of Baylor University and will be hosted online via a Zoom Webinar. A reception and book signing with the authors will be held following their conversation. The Baylor Bookstore will be on hand to sell their latest publications. This event is free and open to the public.
