2024 Black History Observance

Waco Chapter, National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club presents the 2024 Black History Observance. Following the national theme of “African Americans and the Arts.” The event will feature Waco’s best artists through song, spoken word, interpretive dance, acting, and music.
Special recognition to trailblazer and pioneer, Mrs. Cherry Mills Boggess.
Special Tribute to McLennan County Commission, Mrs. Patricia Chisolm-Miller.
